How should I go about ordering custom swag/swag kit with GiftGood?
Stage 1: Discussion & Proposal
We start with discussing your requirements and proposing the best approach and swag selection for your project. Depending on the scale & complexity of the project, this stage can take ~1-4 weeks.
- Contact us with your detailed project brief via email or contact form
- We schedule a call with you to go through the requirements and clarify questions we have
- We prepare a custom proposal based on your requirements
- We arrange for a follow-up discussion with you
- We make adjustments to the proposal based on your feedback
- You approve and make full payment to confirm the order
Stage 2: Production & Fulfilment
Once your order is confirmed, we will proceed with the production and fulfilment of your order. On average, this stage usually takes ~2-8 weeks to complete. The faster the design & digital mockup is finalised, the faster we can produce and fulfil your order.
- You provide design & artwork
- We prepare digital mockups
- You approve digital mockups
- We produce swag/swag kit based on approved mockups
- We receive finished goods and provide quality check
- We prepare and pack your order, ready for shipping

Can you help to source for products that are currently not on GiftGood platform?
Yes, we do help with custom sourcing of products that you require for your gifting campaigns.
We charge a 15% custom sourcing fee, or SGD2 per unit, whichever is higher.

For SG Express Delivery
- Specified date delivery, 4-hour time slot
- SGD15 per recipient
- Complimentary for swag kit from SGD89+
For SG Standard Delivery
- Specified date delivery, any time between 10am - 10pm
- SGD10 per recipient
- Complimentary for swag kit from from SGD89+
For SG Bulk Delivery to 1 Location:
- Select delivery date & preferred 2-hour time slot
- SGD35 per location
- Free for orders from SGD1k+
- Available for corporate bulk orders
APAC shipping fee from Singapore
The estimated shipping rates will depend on the content of the package, the package weight, package size as well as the shipping destinations.
You may also incur additional duties & taxes depending on the destination country.
While the actual rate can't really be fully determined upfront, for ease of budgeting, our team will provide you with an estimate of potential costs at the start of the project.
Which service provider does GiftGood use for APAC shipping?
We use DHL for all of our overseas shipments from Singapore.
If our company does not require all the swag kits to be delivered at once, can we store them with GiftGood for future deliveries?
Yes, it's possible.
We can produce your swag kits in bulk and store them at our Singapore warehouse. You can request for staggered delivery & shipping, as and when you need.
This is the perfect arrangement for sales prospecting, new client activation gift, or new hire onboarding.
Can you collect the recipient's delivery info on our behalf?
Yes, we're happy to help for bulk delivery project with more than 50 recipients.
We will need WhatsApp numbers and email addresses of the recipients to assist with the delivery address collection.
