FOR GIFTGOOD PRODUCTS:

The delivery method and applicable deliver fee will be calculated at Check-out Page.

Express 4-Hour Delivery (Same-day, Next-day, Specific-date)

  • Express Delivery Fee: SGD15
  • Enjoy free Express Delivery for orders from SGD89
  • For same-day delivery in Singapore, you need to place an order before 5pm for Mon-Fri, and 2pm for Sun
  • Express Delivery will be attempted within the 4-hour slot you select
  • Delivery time slot available: 10am - 2pm, 12pm-4pm, 2pm - 6pm, 4pm - 8pm, 6pm - 10pm
  • You can select your delivery date and time slot at Cart page. You can pick today date for same-day delivery, or a future date to schedule your surprise gift delivery.

Priority 2-Hour Delivery (Same-day, Next-day, Specific-date)

  • Priority Delivery Fee: SGD25
  • For same-day delivery in Singapore, you need to place an order before 5pm for Mon-Fri, and 2pm for Sun
  • You can select your delivery date at Cart page. You can pick today date for same-day delivery, or a future date to schedule your surprise gift delivery.
  • You can indicate your preferred 2-Hour Slot at the Note section on Cart page
  • If no time indicated, Priority Delivery will be attempted as soon as we received the order if the order is confirmed during office hours, or at the start of the next working day if the order is confirmed after office hours

Complimentary Self-Collection (Prior Appointment Required)

You can opt for self collection at our office. Below is the available schedule. Please ensure you confirm the collection with our team in advance before heading down. 

  • Monday - Friday: 11am - 6pm
  • Sunday: 12pm - 2pm 
  • Closed on Saturdays & Public Holidays

FOR GIFTGOOD PLUS PRODUCTS:

For gift items delivered by GiftGood Plus products, the price indicated is inclusive for delivery service. Different GiftGood Plus merchants will have different operating hours. Please ensure to check the delivery info under each product carefully before check-out.
