Refund policy

No Return, No Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don't accept returns and exchanges.

If your plan changes and you decide to cancel your order, do reach out to us at hello@snackgood.co as soon as possible for assistance. If we haven't processed & packed your order, we will be able to offer full refund back to your original payment method. 

We seek your understanding that the refund process will usually take 10 - 14 working days for the refund to reach to your account.


Damages and issues

Kindly check and inspect your order upon reception. If any item received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, do reach out to us at hello@snackgood.co within 7 days from the delivery date so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
