Orders
We keep it simple, so you can send affordable, thoughtful gift boxes to your loved ones for any reason.
You can choose to customise your own gift box or pick a pre-curated gift set.
Build Your Own Gift Box:
You know your loved ones best. Have full freedom to customise gift items that go inside your gift box to fit your preferences and budget.
Curated Gift Box:
Don't know where to start? Pick a ready-to-order curated gift box or snack bouquets, handpicked by our team of gifting experts for all life's occasions.
Want to get something for yourself on our online gift store? Shop for self conveniently and easily at Good Market.
Good Market orders will be packed in fuss-free packaging including basic boxes, cartons, and recycled packaging.
If you need to get gifts for multiple recipients at different locations, do place your order for each recipient one by one.
There's no discount for first order.
However, we offer 10% discount for your next order when you subscribe to our newsletter.

After you have checked out and successfully made payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email and/or a SMS notification that will acknowledge your order and its details, depending on your indicated contact detail for the order.
For emails, they may sometimes land in your spam folder so be sure to double check there.

Yes, you can place an advance order for a specific date in the future by choosing your Preferred Delivery Date at Cart page.
If you encounter any issue, contact our team via email, WhatsApp or Live Chat for assistance.
Under Sender's Contact information and Billing Address:
Indicate your phone number and email address to receive order updates. We and/or our delivery partner will also reach out to you if we need assistance with delivery matters (eg, if your recipient is not contactable).
Under Recipient's Shipping address:
Include your recipient's shipping address and local contact number. This is so that our delivery agent can reach your recipient if they need help getting the order delivered (e.g. condo's intercom is not working or if the security guard is denying access, etc).
Let us know the new address details as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can make the changes happen 😊
Your secret is safe with us! There is no billing information or prices listed on it.
Each gift order comes with a complimentary message card. This is applicable for both Build Your Gift Box and a Curated Gift Box.
Remember to sign off your name in your message so the recipient will know that the gift box is from you.
Other than the message card, we don't indicate the sender's name at another place.
We accept major credit or debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and etc.
You may also complete your purchases via express payment methods like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We get it — plan changes sometimes. If your order hasn't been processed and dispatched, we will assist you to cancel the order and offer you a full refund.

Delivery
The delivery fee will depend on the delivery method you select:
- Specific date delivery: SGD15 (*)
This delivery method includes same-day delivery in Singapore for all orders when you place an order before 11AM. You can also place an advance order for a specific date in the future by choosing your Preferred Delivery Date at the Cart page. - Courier delivery (2-5 working days): SGD7
Your order will be delivered within 2-5 working days when choosing this method. Kindly note that if your order has temperature-sensitive items such as chocolates or fresh fruits, this delivery method is not suitable. - Free delivery:
Enjoy free delivery with a minimum spend of SGD79.90 per order.
*Our specific-date delivery fee is SGD15 because we need to work with more premium delivery partners to make it happen on your preferred date — whether it's same-day, next-day, or a specific date in the future.
Yes, we do. When you place an order before 12:00 PM, we can arrange for delivery on the same day.
We deliver from Monday - Sunday, by 6:00 PM for both home & office addresses.
There are no deliveries on Public Holidays in Singapore.
Our standard delivery timing is Monday - Sunday, 11AM - 9PM for home addresses. However, we usually complete all of our deliveries by 6PM or earlier.
For office addresses, we will deliver between 11AM - 6PM.
There are no deliveries on Public Holidays in Singapore.
Special note:
There may be special blackout periods from time to time. Check out the homepage announcement bar or FAQ for updates on blackout dates.
Once your order is ready for dispatch and we're searching for a delivery agent, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us with the option to track your delivery status.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time.
However, you can contact our team and we will try our best to assist where we can.
Your recipient will receive automated notifications via SMS and/or WhatsApp when the delivery agent has collected the gift box and is on the way. The recipient will also receive a notification when the delivery agent indicated that the delivery has been delivered.
If you & your recipient encounter any issues with the delivery, rest assured we're here for you. Contact us and we'll be on it soonest.
If the delivery agent is allowed access to the building, the order will be left at your recipient's doorstep.
However, if the delivery agent is denied access to the building (which is very common in condos), he or she may try to reach your recipient via the phone number you provided. If your recipient is not reachable, we will try to reach out to you for assistance. When both you and your recipient are not contactable, the delivery will be marked as failed.
When the first delivery is failed, kindly note that there will be a redelivery fee of $10 for each subsequent attempt. Our team will reach out to you to confirm the arrangement before proceeding with the second attempt.

We are unable to deliver to P.O boxes, army camps, ports (such as airports, terminal ports, shipyards, etc), as well as outlying islands (such as Khusu Island, St.John's Island, Pulau Ubin, etc).

For every shipping/delivery in the APAC region outside of Singapore, the overseas shipping/delivery fee is usually ranging from $20-$60 per address depending on the location.
