How does Curated Gift Box & Hamper work?

Our Curated Gift Boxes & Hampers are handpicked by our team of gifting experts with different life occasions and gifting reasons in mind. It is designed for a fuss-free gift-giving experience that is still thoughtful and delightful for your recipients.

Step 1:
Choose a ready gift set that fits your requirements with multiple useful filters such as Occasions & Reasons, Recipient Types, Hamper Types and Budget Range.

Step 2:
Add on optional items such as box stickers, a mini preserved bouquet, or a bar of artisanal chocolate to make it extra special.

Step 3:
Select a card & add your message.

Your message can be a maximum of 250 characters. If you prefer to write the message yourself, simply check the box, and we'll place the card outside the box for easy access.

How does Build Your GiftGood Box work?

Unlike Curated Gift Boxes, the Build Your GiftGood Box feature allows you to create a personalised gift box filled with things they love. Follow the simple steps below to create your very own gift box!

Step 1: Select your box base. You can opt for a basic or premium box base. Don't worry about the size—we'll choose the appropriate size to fit all of your goodies!

Step 2: Browse through our wide selection of products and pick up to 30 items to include in your gift box. You can use the Search bar, Dietary/Value filter, and Price sort to find items that suit your preferences.

Step 3: Customise your gift box further by choosing optional add-ons such as stickers, fillers, and ribbons. If you prefer minimal packaging, you can select the "No Frills" option.

Step 4: Select a card design & add your message. Your message can be a maximum of 250 characters. If you prefer to write the message yourself, simply check the box, and we'll place the card outside the box for easy access.

Step 5:Review the box content summary. Once you're happy with your selection, proceed to add your personalised gift box to your cart.We hope this helps you in creating a thoughtful and unique gift box for your loved ones!

Can I shop individual products?

Want to get something for yourself or your office pantry, or need to order multiple individual gift items for your event?

Shop for individual products conveniently and easily at Good Market. Good Market orders will be packed in fuss-free packaging including recycled boxes and cartons.

What is GiftGood+?

GiftGood+ is our beta gifting marketplace with the goal to help you find all the great gift choices in one place.

In the GiftGood+ collection, you can find verified products that we don't carry directly in our store such as plants, fresh flower bouquets, cakes, and made-to-order edible products (coming soon!). These products are tried and tested by us, from our preferred local partners.

These items listed are with all-in prices.The delivery will be carried out by our partners. You can expect the gift to be delivered the next working day when you place order by 5pm between Mon - Fri (excl. PHs).

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit or debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

You may also complete your purchases via express payment methods like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Important Note:
If you choose to check out with express payment methods such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, do make sure to select the correct delivery address. For these methods, the default delivery address will usually be your home address for your other online purchases. Do make sure to check and update before making payment.

How can I order multiple gifts for multiple locations?

Each order allows you to input only one delivery address. Thus, if you require to ship multiple gift boxes to various recipients at various locations, kindly place a new order for each location.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment is successful, you will be led to a web page with your order number and order summary. When you reach this page, it means your order has been confirmed.

To receive an order confirmation email, you should indicate your email address in the Sender's Information section.

After you have successfully made the payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email that will include your order summary. Email updates sometimes land in your spam folder so be sure to double-check your spam!

If you did not receive our order confirmation email, don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

Can I place an advance order to be delivered on a specific date, and not for same-day delivery?

Yes, you can place an advance order for a specific date in the future by choosing your Preferred Delivery Date on the Cart page.

My gift order is a surprise. How should I input the recipient's contact details?

Under Sender's Contact information:
Indicate your email address to receive order & delivery status updates.

Under Recipient's Shipping address:
Include your recipient's name, delivery address, and local mobile number. This is so that our delivery agent can reach your recipient if they need help getting the order delivered (e.g. condo's intercom is not working or if the security guard is denying access, etc).

Under Billing Address:
By default, the billing address will be kept the same as your shipping address unless you choose to input a different address during the Check-out process.

I provide the wrong delivery address for my order. Can I request to update the delivery address?

If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to assist you with updating the address.

I provided the wrong billing address for my order. Can I request to update the billing address?

Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we are unable to edit the billing address after payment has been completed. However, be rest assured that your recipient would not receive a receipt for your order.

How can I get a receipt of the order for my claim?

By default, you will only receive email notifications regarding your order status & details.If you need an e-receipt for your order to submit a work claim, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

My order is a gift, so can you please leave out the receipt?

Your secret is safe with us! We do not place a receipt in our gift boxes. Only the registered sender's email will receive an email confirmation of the order.

Will my recipient know that I am their gift sender?

For each Build Your GiftGood Box or Curated Gift Box purchase, you can select our complimentary message card in collaboration with Mad Roaster or choose other greeting card options at SGD 3/card.

Remember to sign off your name in your message so the recipient will know that the gift box is from you.

Other than the message card, we don't indicate the sender's name in other places.

Can I cancel my order and request for a refund?

We get it — plan changes sometimes. If your order hasn't been processed and dispatched, we will assist you to cancel the order and offer you a full refund. Kindly email us at for assistance!

Is there any promotion for first-time orders?

We don't offer discounts for first-time orders

Does GiftGood have a reward program in place?

Our rewards program is called The Good Points.

For every SGD 1 spent on GiftGood, you will receive 1 Good Point. You will be able to redeem a $5 discount voucher for every 100 points you accumulate.

When you refer a friend, both you and your friend will enjoy SGD 5 off your next order.

To join our reward program, simply click on the "Good Points" pop-up at the corner of our website to create an account. Once you're signed in, you can click on the "Good Points" pop-up to view your point status and available discounts you can redeem.


How much is the delivery fee?

Express delivery is at SGD10. Enjoy FREE delivery for orders above SGD80.

Express Delivery includes Same-day, Next-day, and Specific-date delivery.

Select your preferred delivery date and 4-hour delivery timeslot at Cart page.

What's your order cut-off time for same-day delivery?

For same-day delivery, you will need to place an order before 5 pm on weekdays and 2 pm on weekends.

You can enjoy FREE same-day delivery for orders above SGD80!

What time will my order arrive?

You can select the delivery date and 4-hour delivery timeslot at the Cart page.

Monday to Friday :

  • 10 am to 2 pm
  • 2 pm to 6 pm
  • 6 pm to 10 pm

Saturday & Sunday:

  • 2 pm to 6 pm

There are no deliveries on Public Holidays in Singapore.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order is ready for dispatch and we have booked the delivery service, you will receive an email notification with the tracking link for your order. You may click on the link to check the status of the delivery.

Do make sure to include your email address in your order to receive delivery status notifications.

Can you deliver at a specific time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. The delivery will fall anytime during the 4-hour timeslot you have selected. However, you can contact our team and we will try our best to assist when we can.

Will the delivery agent contact my recipient?

Your recipient may receive automated notifications via SMS and/or WhatsApp when the delivery agent is heading to the delivery location. Should there be any issues during the delivery, the delivery agent and our team will contact your recipient for assistance (e.g. unable to enter the building, confirm address details in case of wrong info provided, etc.)

On our end, we will drop your recipient a Whatsapp message once the order has been successfully delivered based on our tracking.

If you & your recipient encounter any issues with the delivery, rest assured we're here for you. Contact us and we'll be on it soonest.

What happens if my recipient is not home at the time of the delivery?

If the delivery agent is allowed access to the building, the order will be left at your recipient's doorstep.

However, if the delivery agent is denied access to the building (which is very common in condos), he or she may try to reach your recipient via the phone number you provided. If your recipient is not reachable, we will try to reach out to you for assistance. When both you and your recipient are not contactable, the delivery will be marked as failed.

When the first delivery is failed, kindly note that there will be a redelivery fee of $10 for each subsequent attempt. Our team will reach out to you to confirm the arrangement before proceeding with the second attempt.

Is there anything I should take note of when sending a gift to hospital?

Please ensure you have the most up-to-date information about the recipient as our delivery riders will require accurate details to successfully deliver the gift.

Kindly provide the recipient's full name as stated on their NRIC (or relevant identification), along with the Block, Ward, Room, and Bed Number where applicable. Additionally, please include the recipient's local mobile number to facilitate smooth delivery.

Is there anything I should take note of when sending a gift to hotel?

Please make sure to include the full name of the recipient as per the hotel booking. It will be very helpful to also indicate their room number, if available, to facilitate smooth coordination with the hotel's concierge

Can I self-collect my online order?

Yes, you now can opt for free Self-Collection at our office at the following address:

Restricted areas in Singapore that we cannot deliver to

We are unable to deliver to P.O boxes, army camps, ports (such as airports, terminal ports, shipyards, etc), as well as outlying islands (such as Kusu Island, St.John's Island, Pulau Ubin, etc).

Yes, we can!

For order shipped outside of Singapore, the shipping fee varies per address depending on the location. There may also be other surcharges and taxes, depending on the gifts you're sending.

If I do not require all my gift sets/hampers to be delivered at once, can I store them with you for future deliveries?

Yes, we can store your gift sets/hampers and swag boxes on your behalf, and assist to deliver them whenever you require.

This is perfect for occasions such as birthdays, new hire onboarding etc.

My recipient didn't receive the gift. What should I do?

Oh no! Please email us at as soon as possible. We'll check in with our delivery partner and resolve the issue soonest.

My recipient received wrong/damaged products. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at within 7 days from the delivery date with details and supporting photos. We'll make it right for you and get things sorted out as soon as possible.
